My Book Live Ltd. will limit access to your personal data to only those employees who reasonably need access to that data to provide the service required. However please note that My Book Live Ltd. will disclose personal data under the following circumstances:-

(a) in response to any order of the Court to reveal such information or other legal process, to establish or exercise the legal rights of My Book Live Ltd. or defend against any legal claim, or as otherwise required by law.

(b) as necessary to investigate or prevent any infringement of the terms of this Agreement, suspected illegal activity or any threats to the safety of any individual.

(c) if mybooklive.co.uk is acquired by or merged with another company.

You should note that if you include your personal data in the content that you upload for posting on this site, that information maybe widely available to other users. Please note that My Book Live Ltd. does not exercise any control over those users and cannot guarantee that your personal data will be protected as described if you specifically make that information available as part of the content posted on this site. My Book Live Ltd. will not delete your personal information from any content you provide. If you do not want your personal information to be displayed as part of the content you upload to this site then you must delete it prior to uploading. 1.11 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that these Terms and Conditions adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 ( and any modification thereof) in the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions. This term shall apply only within the jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal or unlawful.

1.12 These Terms and Conditions including the limitation of liability herein and the relationship between you and My Book Live Ltd. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and by your use of this site you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

1.13 You agree to fully indemnify and hold My Book Live Ltd, its subsidiaries and any affiliates associates therewith and each of their Directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including any reasonable legal fees incurred, arising out of or in connection with any use of this site, any third party applications, software or content that you post or share on or through the site, your use of the service for which the site has been specifically set up, your conduct in connection with the service or the site or with any other users of the service or the site, or any violation of this agreement or of any Law or the rights of any third party."
